Adults - Leadership and Staff - Linda AlgerLinda Alger, Director of Adult Services, has over 20 years of service at Perkins in the director of adults services leadership role, and over 30 years of experience in administration of adult residential and vocational programs. Ms. Alger holds a bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Psychology, Sociology and Business Administration. She is a certified Human Rights Officer and currently serves as the Human Rights Coordinator. She is also certified as an instructor with the American Red Cross, and an Intervention Trainer at Perkins. She has presented at workshops sponsored by the Association of Developmental Disability Providers.

Executive Staff

Adults - Leadership and Staff - Timothy HammondTimothy R. Hammond, M.S., Assistant Executive Director for Programs, has been on staff at Perkins for eleven years, and oversees the child and adolescent residential programs and adult/elderly services.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a Master of Science degree in Human Services from UMass Boston and a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Antioch University.  Over his twenty-five year career, Tim has taught courses as an adjunct instructor at Fitchburg State University and serves on the Human Services Advisory Board at Mount Wachusett Community College.

Clinical Consultants

Adults - Leadership and Staff - Wil Pilette, M.D.Wil Pilette, M.D., has been Perkins’s consulting psychiatrist since 1991. During more than 30 years experience in the treatment of adolescents and adults, he has practiced in a variety of clinical, academic and administrative positions, and in private practice. He is board-certified in psychiatry.
