Davis Manor Leadership and Staff
Collectively, the Davis Manor leadership and staff of 11 boasts over 65 years of committed care in the fields of nursing and gerontology at Perkins. This dedicated team, comprised of certified nursing assistants, home health aides, a social worker, and a registered nurse, is extremely loyal to the clients at Davis Manor and maintains an extremely low turnover rate.
Sharon Brennan has been the program director at Davis Manor since 2002. She has over fifteen years experience in residential care, and in addition, serves as CPR/First Aid instructor and coordinator at Perkins. Sharon is a committee member of Assisted Living Region 3, and in that role assists in the development of trainings for the region. She is a long-standing member of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Executive Staff
Timothy R. Hammond, M.S., CAGS, Director of Programs, oversees the child and adolescent residential programs and adult/elderly services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Mass College of Liberal Arts, a Master of Science degree in Human Services from UMass Boston and a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Antioch University. Over his twenty-five year career, Tim has taught courses as an adjunct professor at Fitchburg State College and serves on the Human Services Advisory Board at Mount Wachusett Community College.
Clinical Consultants
Wil Pilette, M.D., has been our consulting psychiatrist for Adolescent Services since 1991. During more than 30 years experience in the treatment of adolescents and adults, he has practiced in a variety of clinical, academic and administrative positions and in private practice. He is board certified in psychiatry.
Joanne McLean, APRN BC, is our Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She holds prescriptive authority. Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, she is a member of the American Nurses Psychiatric Association, Massachusetts Mental Health Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, the Nurses International Honor Society.
