Perkin Holds Annual Board Meeting and Appointment of Trustees

The Eighty-Fourth Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Doctor Franklin Perkins School was held on Friday, November 17, 2017.  The thirteen returning trustees are Donald A. Lowe of Clinton as President; Suzanne M. Frisch, Esq., of Clinton as Vice President: Stanley B. Starr, Jr. of Lancaster as Treasurer; Beatrice M. Oakley of Cambridge as Secretary, Martha Bayles of Newton, Dana M. Hollinshead of Harvard; Charles W. Hughes II of Lancaster; Jennifer F. Luisa of Lancaster; Carol Francolini Mueller of Whitinsville; Philip L. Muscatello of Millis; Christopher R. Philbin, Esq., of Alexandra, VA.; R. Leslie Shelton Jr., of Lunenburg; and Peter R. Stanton of Lancaster;. Newly elected as a trustee was Jennifer Flanagan of Leominster.

Michael W. Ames, President and CEO at Perkins said, “It is truly a privilege to have such an outstanding group of individuals committed to our work and the children, adults and elders served at Perkins. Our board of trustees includes representatives from the fields of education, health, finance, law, government, and business. We are fortunate to have family members of those who received services at Perkins as members of our board. I am grateful for their dedication and support as well as the high standards they hold for our work at Perkins.”
